Registration fees and services

Participation fees and services provided by the EnduRoMania Foundation:

Part A

Basic Yearly Fee - EUR 80.-/ Vehicle (EnduRoMania CLASSIC, ANYTIME / LONG DISTANCE) - once per year only, covers the general preparatory services offered by the EnduRoMania Foundation as follows:

• The measures which make possible the regular and organized Enduro riding in the area, thus ensuring long term preservation of Enduro activities;

• Preparation and presentation in a INTERNET down-loadable form of arrival recommendations, regulations and information for tourists with important addresses and telephone numbers, Explanation of Enduro riding and environmental rules in the area an the specification of the protected areas where enduro riding is not allowed (National Parks, Natural Parks, natura 2000 and other restricted areas);

• Detailed and yearly updated maps of the region (for specific questions on "Maps and GPS Navigation" please contact Sven Demenyi - sven.demenyi@gmail.com , Mobile Phone: 0040-722-581770); Since 2017 the registered participants receive (through local upload on their equipment) upon arrival at the EnduRomania guest house in Brebu Nou the interactive Navigation maps. The interactive maps are available for following equipments: GARMIN GPS Navigations, Windows PC-s and Android compatible Smartphones Smartphonesd Tablets;

• Reservations for accommodation in the EnduRoMania Guest house and partner boarding houses in Brebu Nou;

• Printed copy of the EnduRoMania main region will be handed over upon request at the EnduRoMania Guest house;

• EnduRoMania website (www.enduromania.net) used also by registered participants to down-load the EnduRoMania related information, including the Down-loadable check points co-ordinates for GPS devices, the Maps and detailed regulations and recommendations in digital format;

• 24 Years of Tradition and the Experience of the EnduRoMania Team for the organization of the EnduRoMania Classic / Anytime & Long distance events in the Region;

• The EnduRoMania-Sticker – (valid for the whole year) – this sticker is certifying that the pilot is knowing the Environmental Protection Rules and is informed about the Protected Ares. The EnduRoMania Sticker will be handed over upon the arrival at the EnduRoMania Guest house. It is to be understood that this Sticker isn't granting a permission to enter the protected areas, It should be noted that this sticker is not a "license" to enter the restricted areas, carry out illegal actions (such as damage to private or state property), or negligence, for which the participants bear full responsibility.

Part B

Euro 68,- (for each EnduRoMania-CLASSIC EVENT) - specific services to be paid for each event - these services include:

• The organization of the sporting events under the official patronage of the Romanian Motorcycling Federation (FRM) and European Motorcycling Federation (UEM);

• Planning, preparing and organization of the EnduRoMania-CLASSIC EVENT;

• Accurate presentation (with GPS co-ordinates) and on line documentation of check points and recommended routes;

• Offering team(s) building and route guiding support;

• Consulting on choosing the most appropriate routes;

• Counseling for the assignation of the Group-Trail-Riding Program;

• Definition of alternative programs;

• Contact to service provider for motorbike rental, for enduro training and guided tours by local and internationally experienced guides;

• Contacting the service providers for repair and maintenance services for the motorcycles and for the towing and rescue services (chargeable, if used);

• Further development and maintenance of the computerized system for the evaluation of the results of the sporting event;

• Data AQUISITION (directly from the GPS navigation devices or by email) of the registered track logs of each team, registration of the checked points and evaluation of the results, award ceremony and trophies and medals for the winners and certificates for all participants.
